The product came damaged (scuff marks, looked like they had been won already) and customer service said there was nothing they could do about it since they have limited inventory.
I’ve waited for this shoe to be back in stock literally a year since they sell out so fast and unfortunately they are too small. Which is weird because all my other Uggs are size 6 so here I go again stocking Nordstroms again till they are back in stock. Sigh
I’m so glad I bought this slipper! Very comfortable, but my foot doesn’t slide right in. Could be because of the way it’s made or because I haven’t worn them enough. I honestly purchased them due to the popularity and I’ve been very pleased.
