Ordered Tasman Slipper as a Christmas gift and was sent a totally different ugg. Customer service informed me the shoe was now sold out and offered me a refund despite the error on their part.
I just received mine but will need to exchange for the next size down when it comes back in stock. I go between 9.5 and a 10 across shoe brands and the 10 in this slipper was too big. Otherwise the shearling is as very soft and cozy!
