Most people said it run small, I usually wear size 5, but I bought this one size up which size 6, I feel like size 5 probably just perfect fit and size 6 a bit run large, it feel so comfortable. It was my best ugg ever！I think one size up compare to just perfect fit was more preferred for me because when I wear the socks in and not too tight or narrow！
The stitching on one of my slippers came un-done after only a months light wear. And now they are sold out :( to keep the faulty ones or return and be left with nothing :/ but I loooooove would repurchase 100x
