my wife loves every UGG I buy her !!! .... but I do wish there was a store closer then a 5 hour round trip drive so we could see a product I person. Very sad you closed your Santa Barbara store
These would be a lot more comfortable if the soles were more flexible. They are too clunky for me. Sending them back.

I just received my slipper and was very disappointed with the size. I read all the reviews that stated the slipper ran large but for me this was not so. I’m a size 7.5 so I order a 7 my feet are long and narrow. I’ll be returning my 7.5 for a size 8. Overall I really do like my new slipper. 4stars
