I received the pair I ordered on line with a big bump on one of the insole. I went to the store and tried 3 more pairs. ALL have defects on the insole: not glued, shorter, bumpy + the thread was loose on one shoe + the shoes were diferent color in the same pair. I went to a different store - same problem. Customer service was good as always and took them back at the store.
I bought these deck shoes for my son's Christmas gift. He has had these shoes before and he wore them all the time. He said they was as comfortable as tennis shoes. He wore them until they finally come loose at the seams but he got his money's worth anyway. He probably had them a couple of years before he couldn't wear them any more. He said these were the best shoes he ever has bought.
