Love these slippers but they unfortunately don’t last. 9 months of in house wear and the insole is coming out of the slipper. Disappointing as my father used to wear these and they lasted for years. Clearly the company has compromised on the material quality.

Nice looking slipper but good luck getting them to fit. I wear 10.5 in street shoes and 11 in tennis shoes and neither size fit me. Even the 11 was much too short. Can’t imagine how much Nordstroms is spending on return costs. Apparently they don’t have them in stores so I’ll look elsewhere for a nice slipper.
L. B. Evans has been making these excellent slippers for over 100 years. They are constructed of leather and are extremely durable. The slippers will initially be a little tight however as they conform to your feet after a short break in period you will find them to be exquisitely comfortable. Everyone’s experience, however I personally wear mine every day for several hours. Their average lifespan is about five years. The longer they are worn, the more comfortable they become. There are less expensive shoes out there however none of them can compare in quality of materials and workmanship. I highly recommend these shoes gram a very reputable company.
Unfortunately I will be returning these slippers. They did not fit. What baffles me is that I purchased 2 or 3 pairs over the past years and loved them. Once they wore out I always bought another. Over the past year or so I have ordered several pairs & they are too narrow in the 10.5 size & too loose in the 11. Since Nordstrom doesn't stock them @ their stores and I can't try them on, I will have to find some other slippers!
