Expected more comfort

I bought these for my boyfriend as semi-casual dress shoes around the office. They look great, but run a bit big and are, according to him, very uncomfortable -- they'll be taken to the cobbler soon to have an additional layer of sole added to alleviate pain in the toe box after long periods of wear. The comfort level surprised and disappointed me, as I am a loyal Cole Haan devotee for women's pumps myself.

Bought these for both my husband and nephew for Christmas. Shoes appear well made and perfect for both dress and casual needs.
This shoe is incredibly well designed and is in perfect fashion. Tasseled loafers never seem to go out of style. The sizing is 100% accurate. Just love 'em!
