They fit great, are easy to get into and comfortable. I wear a size 12.5 but my foot is very wide so normally buy a 13 in most shoes (unless they come in wide). I ordered these in a 14 and they fit great! There is about 3/4 inch between my heel and end of slipper which is fine as my foot fits into slipper comfortably.

My husband always went on and on about hating Ugg, until I purchased these slippers, he absolutely loves them. He's an 11 1/2 and the 12 fits perfectly. They're very soft inside and comfortable.
I purchased these for my husband as a Christmas gift and he loves them. He never wore slippers before but recently we moved to 1st fl. apartment floor tends to get cold in winter. To my satisfaction, he wears them all the time (with or without socks). I would highly recommend these to anyone with rheumatism.
