I've relied on this body lotion for twenty years during the dry winter months. It is my go-to when my skin gets scaly and nothing else will work. It also has an amazing smell...whenever I use it people comment on how nice i smell. It's very thick...more of a cream than a lotion.

Love lotion, hate failure to respond to complaints

I continue to pay for the tube size despite my annoyance at Clarins’ apparent disregard of complaints about obvious poor design of the jumbo size bottle. Most reviews are written when buyers first use the large bottle and the design flaw is not yet noticeable. I suspect the continuation of the poor bottle design is intentional, to keep customers buying the smaller tube at significantly higher per-ounce price. I love this lotion too much to give it up. I’ll put up with the higher cost of the tube but will not buy ANY other Clarins product until they show a bit more respect for customers’ feedback.
This has been my favorite moisturizer for a long time! I just wish they would always sell the larger size bottle. Perfect for my dry skin. Great exfoliator built in to keep skin smooth and fresh.
