I’ve purchased this product at many stores for many years. Nordstrom always has staff that reaches out - when the product isn’t available they offer to order and send it out. Other stores often have limited personnel and/or don’t offer to go the extra steps
I have been a Nordstrom customer for more years than I can remember. I have tried probably every cosmetic line Nordstrom carries. As one ages some lines adopt to you skin change better than others, but every line has played a successful part in my cosmetic life. The one product that had been consistent has been the Lancôme lip liner pencil. I don’t recall using another lip liner pencil as successfully as this product. I always have at least one extra in my house so I never have to be without. Allows lipstick to stay where you put it and no running or smudging. Fabulous product!
