THERE IS NOWHERE TO ACTUALLY CONTACT NORDSTROMS TO LAUNCH A COMPLAINT- THERE ALWAYS SEEMS TO BE AN ISSUE TO GET THROUGH TO PAY MY BILL- IT WILL GO FINE A COUPLE OF TIMES I USE MY CARD, THEN IT RUNS INTO A TON OF ISSUES AGAIN THAT TAKES FOREVER TO STRAIGHTEN OUT. I, AGAIN, PAID MY BILL IN FULL FOR THIS PURCHASE, BUT THIS TIME CLOSED MY ACCOUNT WITH NORDSTROMS SINCE THERE ARE ALWAYS ISSUES MAKING MY PAYMENT. I DONT NEED THIS CARD IN REALITY, THERE ARE OTHER OPTIONS AVAILABLE. SO I CLOSED MY ACCOUNT. THANKS. HOPE SOMEONE AT NORDSTROMS READ THIS ACCOUNT BECAUSE A PHONE REP CERTAINLY DOESNT CARE ABOUT ACCOUNT COMPLAINTS
I have liked this product in the past but this time the mascara was quite dry. Given good experience in the past I will give it another try before moving to another product.
