I purchased this based on the number of positive reviews thinking I had finally found the “it” eyeliner. I didn’t want to write a review until after a couple of applications, but I’m disappointed. I personally love the look of a thin cat eye and this does the opposite. I consider myself pretty good at getting a precise application, but the tip makes it nearly impossible to get it right. Luckily, I bought this on sale because the price seems steep. I don’t have an issue with it drying out so that’s a plus.

amazing eye liner

Love this eyeliner, very easy to use and I never buy liquid eyeliner because it’s so messy. This one is gorgeous and so this very easy to apply!
Agree with the previous reviewers about a change in the Artliner formula. I was loyal for years because it was smudge/flake free; but something recently was modified in its chemistry, making it prone to flaking. Unfortunately, like the other reviewers, I’ll need to find a new eye-liner. Disappointing because it was such a great product.
