Best Liquid Eyeliner

I have tried pretty much every eyeliner out there (liquid and pencil) and always come back to this one. It is easy to apply and has good staying power. I recently tried it side by side with Charlotte Tilbury's, Marc Jacob's and YSL and this was by far the best.
