I had high hopes for this brow groomer, but unfortunately it didn't meet those expectations. Despite wiping nearly all of the product off the wand, it clumped up on my brows, colored my skin instead of my brows, and overall left me looking more like a clown than like a well-groomed woman. I tried using it multiple ways: using the wand to just catching the tips of the hairs and then using a spoolie to put the brows in place; using the wand to catch the hairs and then gently use it to put the brows in place, etc. All methods failed. So this one will be returned and I will continue my search for another brow groomer product.

Proseasy to use, natural-looking, long-lasting, effective
I am a big fan of this product. I am not skilled, nor do I like results of using an eyebrow pencil to fill in. This was a great discovery. It's easy to use, lasts quite a long time, & gives natural color. I have been using the red-tinted groomer, but I recently let my hair color grow out so switched to the more natural taupe. My only slight negative is that when the tube is new there can be a heavy handed look to the color & some minimal flaking-but I must say I haven't seen that with the color change.

I've used brow groomer for years! But after going through chemotherapy this year, this is the only makeup for brows that helps. My brows have thinner quite a bit, but brow groomer makes me look like I have regular brows. I love the chataigne color, which is reddish brown. I can't find this color in any other type of product for brows. Lancome, please don't ever stop making this color/product!!!
I have been using the pencil but I could never, ever sharpen it satisfactorily (even using a Lancôme specific sharpener) and it draws a severe line on my sparser brow ends so I have to feather it out with the brush end. I thought I would try this more gel-like product. It too, has it likes and dislikes. It goes on with a thicker line than the pencil (expected, since it is a brush) and the gel makes your brows stay in place. At first, it was a bit clumpy but with practice, it works fine. I am very blond and the taupe is the perfect color, not too dark but adds definition nicely. Still, I have to use the brow brush end from the pencil to even it out and 'comb' the hairs into place. All said, I like this better than the pencil and would love it if it came with its own brush.
