Transfers to upper eyelid :(

Goes on smooth and rich but never really “sets” and smears all over your upper eyelid. Forget it if you wear any eye cream or face lotion at all. Self conscious whenever I wear it and prophylactically wiping at my upper eyelids and brow bone. The only reason I have kept using it is because I haven’t had a chance to get something else and I paid a lot for this one! I’ve used the Charlotte Tillbury pencil as well, but that one needs constant sharpening and is wasteful. Need to find something new. Would not recommend.

Been using this for years and it’s still my favorite!! Stays in place and is easy to apply.
I usually use the Le Crayon Khol in Black Coffee, which is a perfect frame for my olive green eyes and blends well with black mascara for a very natural look. The Le Crayon formula is so easy to work with--easily sharpened and smooth to apply or correct. I decided to try something different and Black Lapis seemed like a good prospect. I thought the "black" would darken the lapis color so that it was a hint of lapis instead of a definite blue. But it was a definite blue, not flattering for me. I think of photos of Princess Diana with her magnetic blue eyes always outlined in blue. A great look, just not for me.

I had a sample of this eyeliner and I’ve used it religiously. It’s just great quality and looks amazing in my opinion.
