This came in with a good portion of it as foam. I love the way it removes makeup but I certainly am disappointed with how it arrived.

I have used this eye makeup remover for many many years. Like other reviewers, my product does not separate properly. The top half in particular is foamy and cloudy, and it seeps into the bottom half. I am afraid to use it. Returning it to Nordstrom.
This removes my waterproof mascara in a flash, with no rubbing and no eye irritation. The rest of my eye makeup comes off even easier. I have rosacea, and eye products often make me itch, but not this product. Highly recommended.
