I have been using this product for years. I wear waterproof mascara. Bi-Facil makes it easy to take my waterproof mascara off no matter what brand I use.

I love this brand I have the regular one as well. I prefer waterproof mascara this particular one was more of a watered consistency than I would have preferred. Definitely double or triple up on you application.

wont remove waterproof mascara

I tried twice and the remover didn’t remove anything
I've used this product for years, but this is the first time purchasing online from Nordstrom. As other viewers have posted about the solution not separating, sure enough, my bottle did not either. It was cloudy like it was shaken even sitting on my counter for days untouched. I've never had this problem from online purchases elsewhere. Not sure what's wrong with it, returned.
