I've used this product for years, but this is the first time purchasing online from Nordstrom. As other viewers have posted about the solution not separating, sure enough, my bottle did not either. It was cloudy like it was shaken even sitting on my counter for days untouched. I've never had this problem from online purchases elsewhere. Not sure what's wrong with it, returned.

I’m 55 and have been using this product for YEARS! Every once in a while I try a different eye makeup remover just to make sure I’m not missing out on something better. I always come back to this one! Gentle, nourishes my eye skin, cleans completely without drying. Trust me... There is NO better eye makeup remover out there. This is the BEST!

Haven’t used anything else in years as this works perfectly and I’ve never had a breakout issue with my sensitive skin.
I guess what you pay is what you get! This remover is very gentle, I use it for removing my make up on my eyes , specially for eye liner, it works wonders and does not hurt my eyes. I’m glad they have a small bottle so I can try it out too.
