I've used Lancome Bi-Facil for nearly 20 years. It is effective in removing eye make-up and gentle on my skin.

I’m not sure why, but it caused my eyelids to swollen up and my , got some discharge from my eyes, after using it three days in a row. Other than that it worked fairly well. I never had this reaction with other brands like Clarins. I will be returning it.
At the end of the day, the last thing I want to spend time on is makeup removal - I just want to wash my face, apply moisturizer/mask, and go to bed. So many eye makeup removers leave residue or don’t remove all the eye makeup - THIS ONE IS AMAZING. This remover truly removes all of the makeup and won’t leave residue. It also leaves skin feeling soft and nourished.
