This eye-makeup remover does what it says it does! Removes the most stubborn of mascara (even waterproof) and eyeliner and all. What a find!!

I've been using this for 20 years. It's the best for ALL types of eye makeup, inc waterproof. However, something has happened with the last batch as the top half is foamy/cloudy/lighter in color than the bottom half. Seems unsafe to use around my eyes. I'm going to buy from the store where I can check it before purchase.
As it is said, this is liquid gold. It's so darn gentle and I've been using for years and don't mind paying the price. Even when I was young and poor :)
