I’ve tried many other makeup removers. This one is the best when removing waterproof mascara. Takes it off so well, unlike others that leave little flakes from the mascara all over and in the eye. It’s pricey but well worth it and a little goes a long way!
I’ve been using this for probably 15 years and it’s the only eye makeup remover I use. It gets the job done while being gentle and non irritating. One bottle lasts a long time too so I feel justified paying the price.

I have been using Lancôme Bi-Facil Double Action Eye Makeup Remover for years. I love it! It is gentle on my (aging!) skin and quickly removes my mascara. Just give it a quick shake to combine before using, squirt on a makeup remover pad and gently wipe eyelashes.
