Lancôme Bi-Facil is hands down the best eye makeup remover I have ever used. It is gentle, doesn’t burn your eyes and doesn’t leave an oily film. It removes waterproof mascara as well as regular mascara. I have used it for many years, but recently tried a product from a different manufacturer. It made my eyes burn and sting and thus reminded me of why I have been a loyal Lancôme fan for years. Nothing but Lancôme Bi-Facil for me from here on out.
This is the only eye makeup remover that I buy. I have been using it for years and it never let's me down. It removes waterproof makeup easily with no irritation. Love!
