Effacil is the best eye makeup remover. It does everything it claims to do in a very gentle manner.

tried the sample , love it, bought it. What happened awful, the generic at safeway is better.

I usually use the bifacil but decided to try this one because my eyes are so sensitive. You will need to use lots of this product and rub and rub your sensitive eyes with this. My eyes end up red and irritated and still the makeup isn’t completely removed. I’m not sure why this is so bad for me but I’ve never disliked a product more. It’s truly terrible.
