I have been using Effacil gentle eye makeup remover for years. It’s the ONLY one that doesn’t irritate my sensitive eyes. It’s not as good on waterproof eye makeup however, so I began mixing it with the Bi-facil eye makeup remover. The Bi-facil is greasier and takes the waterproof makeup off easily. When I mix the two I get the perfect combination that doesn’t feel too greasy on my face.
I have Dry Eye Syndrome and this is the only makeup remover that doesn't seem to aggravate my symptoms. It is certainly "gentle" and soothing to my eyes.
