Best eye makeup remover!

This is by far the best eye makeup remover I have ever used! Takes everything off quickly, doesn’t sting, and does not feel oily. I don’t wake up with oily black residue under my eyes like with the Effacil makeup remover.
if you are looking for something completely NON oily then this is for you. I bought it buy mistake - thinking it was the BIFACIL which is lovely - this is NOT great for using on your face but I guess it works for taking eye make up off. I prefer the Bifacil which has a much softer more buffered feeling to it. THIS is a nice product but be aware how little oil it has in it - probably good for a younger face!
I use this product every evening to take off my eye-makeup. I’ve used it for years and periodically try other products, but nothing compares to this one… it is the best.
