10+ will be the rate. I been using Progres eye cream for over 30 years, I try different eye cream and always go back with Progres, is the best eye cream.
I’ve used this cream for 30 years. Not only for my eyes, but for dry lips and the area around them that get itchy and painful due to allergies. It’s the only thing that that brings me relief. I can’t live without it.
Ok eye cream but way too thick! Even rubbing it between my fingers I could hardly get it into my skin without rubbing too hard on my under eye skin. Didn’t notice any benefits.
