I am very happy with this toner. It is thick not watery and goes on nicely and feels really good on my face. I wish I had purchased this product a long time ago because it's better than anything I have used before.
I got this “toner” during the Anniversary Sale. I was excited bc of all the good reviews. I’m calling bs because it is terrible. First of all it’s very thick, more like a serum than a toner. If it was actually moisturizing I could maybe work with it. But it’s not. I found it very drying tbh. No wonder they were 2 for $59 and now a free gift with purchase 6 months later. I am using the rest of bottle one on my chest and neck, just to get three it. I wish I could give the other the ice away bc I’m not going to use it.
