Color not flattering

I really like the Deborah Lipmann nail polish formula. Unfortunately, I had to return "No More Drama" because the color just does not match the color on the screen. It looks more like a dark taupe/brown (not flattering at all).

This color comes out much whiter that the pink that appears on the bottle, but it is really a delightfully pinkish white. It has great shimmer, and can be worn as lightly translucent (although it is hard to get even coverage at this level of opacity), or can be worked to a gorgeous opaque at the third coat.
TL;DR: It's whiter than the bottle but still gorgeous. Yes shimmer!
Very light color. Did not match my skin color at all. I was looking for a pale/sheer light color. I wish I could try them on at Nordstrom however I can not.
I do not think I will buy any more nail polish online unless I try the color on in a store.

Prosrunny, needs many coats
I bought Deborah Lippmann nail polish due to all the hype. Well it is not as good as OPI or Essie or dare I say Sally Hansen. I found Deborah Lippmann's polish to be runny and need much more than even two coats for it to look decent. I didn't feel the end result looked as nice as Essie or OPI. The lasting power of Deborah's was four to five days. I have had Essie last over 5 days on me. I did however like the colors I picked, but am very disappointed with the product. For the money I thought that it should have been much better than what I had been using. Also for the money I shouldn't have to use so many coats just to get a somewhat presentable coat on my nails. Will not be repurchasing. I will stick with my trusted Essie nail polish which works excellent.
