I had bought NARS Thasos but found the new wide brush too hard to use; never gave myself a good manicure using it, so gave it away. This color is a nearly perfect match, a mint-sea green with a white base, a saturated pastel shade.
DL brushes are more of what I consider a normal nail polish brush, just the right width. The formulation is a drop thin, so that a first coat is a bit streaky. I almost always use 2 coats, so not bothered if the second coat evens out, and it certainly does. Thin formula means fast drying time. The wear was average, abut 5 days before i saw chips (I work with my hands a lot). Some polishes chip right away on me (ahem, new NARS) and some look great after a week (hello, Jessica). I still like this polish for the gorgeous color, and I know that if I typed less, cooked less, and did fewer handicrafts, I'd probably get closer to a week without chips.
Deborah Lippman Baby Love is the best lightly tinted nail polish. It's like wearing clear nail polish with just a hint of pink that makes your nails look healthy and you can wear it everyday!
This is a lovely sheer color that is a rose gold shimmer on me. It is neutral enough to go with any color you wear, and is very forgiving if you get a little edge wear or chip as it doesn't show like darker shades.
