Proslong-lasting, rockhard, best quality, expensive
this product is amazing! if you like to polish your own nails, but hate that your home manicures don't last as long as the ones you get in the salon -- this is the product that will help. it provides an amazing, rock hard base to your polish that does not easily chip.
this is also good for "nail polish pickers" like myself. once my polish chips, i can't help but start peeling the rest of it off. this product does NOT peel, and therefore will prevent you from this damaging-to-your-nails habit.
as the previous reviewer stated, this isn't something you'll want to wear on its own. it is meant as a true base coat to other polish. however, you could simply apply a shiny top coat for a nice, natural look.
yes, this is expensive for a base coat -- however (depending on where you live) this is the price of just one manicure. i promise you won't be disappointed.

I pay a little more - but this product does what it claims - gives a smooth surface on which to apply polish. This isn't to be worn alone since it is not shiny - but dull in appearance.
