darker than I thought

I am searching for a replacement for a pencil eye liner that I loved. This is good quality but just darker than I thought. So my rating is more about choice than quality of product.

A little too garish - almost neon in its shine--as others have noted, the pencil is very soft and tends to smudge. Not really usable for every day.
