White lining the waterline of the lower lid does enlarge the eye. Probably more so in a darker skinned lady. I am rather pale, so the effect is less dramatic, still I like it.
This eyeliner pencil is awesome! It goes on smoothly without clumping. It’s easy to apply and remove. I love it!

Smears and smudges

I wish I had listened to what other reviewers had posted about it smearing and smudging- it’s awful. And then you basically need make up remover to get the smears off. Couldn’t be more disappointed.
