I've owned Mac eye liners for years. They discontinued my favorite one, so I thought I'd try this. I apply it only to my upper lids and no matter how many different ways and angles I've applied it, it always smudges off. It's frustrating. I'm not rubbing my eyes or anything. I'm a contacts wearer and it smudges and gets on them and burns my eyes. FYI my favorite one was their powerpoint Buried Treasure. Guess I'll just stick with the plain old black powerpoint. But I sure do miss Buried Treasure.
