I have oily hooded eyelids so I use a waterproof eye primer, then set with setting powder, then set it some more with a layer of finely milled eyeshadow to minimize smudging. Even then, after 10 minutes of putting this on the corners of my eye line, it smudged horribly. Do not recommend if you have issues with raccoon eyes or want anything other than a smokey eye look.
This eyeliner is fantastic. I have hazel/dark brown eyes and I always feel like black liner is too heavy of a look for me. This color is perfect and goes on so smoothly.
