Made me look like I had a black eye due to smearing. Tried a couple of times but happened both times. Also dulls in color quickly

I've been using this eyeliner for years! The tip leaves a smooth line, not like at the brush wand. It doesn't flake off like the cheap drugstore liners. It lasts through the whole day until you wash your face, then washes off easily.
