Excellent brush for blending shadow into my crease. Had it for over 10 years. Still going strong. Some might prefer the 217, but the 224 offers longer, softer bristles that spread out beautifully (but not too much) when trying to blend in my crease. It's amazing, actually, the way MAC has engineered this brush to do its job so accurately.
I have tried many brushes but I have to admit, the Mac brushes last the longest. I just replaced this brush after almost 20 years. Bang for your buck if you ask me.

the fibers don't feel 'natural' as they are not soft on the eyelid. also the bristles are too long to control application. completely unhappy with this purchase. it does not at all compare to my other MAC brushes.
