I have one MAC 224 brush that I purchased many years ago that I LOVE. It is so soft and plush. Therefore, upon receiving this new one I am disappointed. It is not the same as my old 224. Not as soft, but rather a little prickly. And not as full either. I went to the MAC store to feel their 224 and compare, and it's the same as this new one I got from Nordstrom. I guess they just don't make the 224 like they used to.
I recently purchased the MAC 224 tapered blending brush from Nordstrom/Tacoma Mall. At first I couldn't get the hang of this brush because I have small eyelids but now that I have it down I can't put it down, it's one of my all time favorite brushes, along side the MAC 217 brush. I would recommend this brush to everyone. Thank you Nordstrom for being so awesome and carrying all the brands I love. I would drive a 100 miles just to get to one of your stores.
Prosgreat blender, soft, washes well, long lasting
This is a fantastic blending brush. I use it every day. It helps blend eye shadow flawlessly. I'm probably going to buy a second one so that I can work with light and dark colors at the same time. This is my go-to brush. I clean it daily and have had it for 2 years, it still holds up and in is excellent condition.
