This is the only brushcleaner I'll use. I bought my first bottle years ago but then tried some products that were a little less expensive. After several break outs, I tested MAC and another brand to see if I got the same results, and lo and behold I did not! There was still residual make up in my brushes after using the "other brand" but the MAC left absolutely no residue at all! I'll be using MAC brushcleaner from now on.
I have been using this MAC Brush Cleaner for years and it has helped keep my brushes in top shape. It is simple and does a great job cleaning all the residue off of my brushes. Another plus it that there is no strong scent, which I can be sensitive to. Definitely recommend.
