I struggle with dry skin in the winter and oily skin in the summer. I have tried so many moisturizers! Some were so light they left my skin remaining dry and the others were heavy causing my skin to feel super oily. Hope in a jar is the perfect combination for my skin! It has never left my skin feeling extremely dry or oily. I highly recommend this product!!

I have been using "WHEN HOPE IS NOT ENOUGH" for several years and was very happy with this product, then it disappeared with no apparent replacement. I bought "HOPE IN A JAR" hoping it would be a close second. I opened the jar to what resembled Noxema...including the smell. As someone else said it just slides across your skin, not creamy and not moisturizing leaving my skin feeling dry after just a few hours.
Greatest moisturizer i have ever purchased. This is the only one that keeps my skin moist all day and it doesnt break me out! The smell for me goes away in about 5 seconds. If you have a really sensitive nose you may not like it. The product is fragrance free but as any product does it has a soft smell. If you have really dry skin search no more, this is the best and its way affordable
This was my first time trying Philosophy products. I really like the soufflé texture of the cream, but didn't love the scent. It wasn't horrible, but I just not great. I also felt like the dryer spots on my skin didn't absorb the cream as well, I had to really rub it in.
