Burns my eyes.

This lotion, even when kept a good distance away, burns my eyes for minutes after application. They burn, and tear up almost immediately. I've tried a number of times to continue to use but it's too painful! I'd also second a number of the other reviews mentioning the smell isn't my favorite.

Horrified by new formula!

I have a sample of this and so far it feels the same as Hope in a Jar, but I noticed stearic acid is one of the prime ingredients now. My dermatologist has told me that can cause acne and to avoid it. It is a wax like saturated fatty acid made from animal and vegetable fats and oils. I can see why it could cause acne. I don't want this on my face and I'm surprised a supposedly better product has more of this in it !!!!!! We would be literally slathering animal fat on our faces !!!!!

I actually purchased this original formula after using the Renewed Hope in a Jar. Sorry, but I just wasted $45. It smells awful and broke me out. There is no comparison. I know that this is a cult favorite but it didn't work for me.
