My dermatologist recommend oil free moisturizer and I tried several. None seemed to absorb well and I was unhappy with the greasy look on my face. This product was recommend at an Ulta store and after using a small jar I am very happy with it. It absorbs quickly, doesn't irritate and I like the way my skin looks and feels. I love the smell - very mild and fresh. The sales person at Ulta put a sample of regular Hope in a Jar on my hand and by the time I got home I hated the smell and didn't even want to use the product I had just purchased. After trying it a month later I realized it was a different smell and one that I really like. I highly recommend this product.

Awesome product

I use Hope In A Jar I have oily skin and it works. It is amazing!!! I also have my daughter using it too. I use to go to a dermatologist,I started using this product in 2009 and my skin is awesome no more dr. People have told me I have nice skin!!! I also lost 200 lbs and I have no hanging skin on my neck!!

I have very sensitive skin and this product works for me! With other moisturizers I get burning, redness and itching but not with Hope in a Jar. I can use all the Philosophy skin care products without issue. It is light and non-clogging to your pores. I highly recommend!

My new favorite, or at least a close tie

When this entered the lineup of philosophy products I thought to myself, why mess with perfection? I was indeed skeptical. I purchased it at an Ulta and thought what the heck. This formulation is very light and fast absorbing. It soaks into the skin rather quickly so you aren't waiting all morning for your skin to apply so you can apply your make up. It is reminiscent of the Original Hope in a Jar but the smell is softer. A little goes a long way and after a few days of consistent use, you will notice the increased smoothness in your skin. Mine appears more supple and my wrinkles are softer. It is tied as my favorite moisturizer next to the Miracle Worker.
