I am a long time HIAJ user. I purchased this product as part of QVC's recent Philosophy Today's Special. I have used the other three products for many years, but specifically wanted to try this moisturizer. To me, it is the perfect balance between lightweight and a medium weight moisturizer. It goes on smoothly and absorbs quickly. I really like the fragrance, but that's just me; I like a light feminine fragrance. I have been using it morning and night for two weeks and have definitely noticed a smoothness to my skin, which makes my makeup look better. My husband's adult daughter, whom I have not seen in a few years, visited this week and told me that my skin and makeup was really nice. We were not talking about makeup or skincare, so her comment confirmed what I already knew from using the product. Very thankful I'm on autoship!

I have allergies and a super sensitive nose and hate most fragrances. I have a sensory disorder so most chemicals and fragrances hurt me and give me reactions (hives, redness, itching). I was fearful after reading so many bad reviews, but after using FOUR of the smaller jars of this face cream, I have nothing but positive things to say. First of all there isn't really a smell - maybe a slight herbal, lavender smell at first, but it diminishes within a few minutes. The texture of all of my jars has been a whipped whitish cream silky to the touch - each purchased at philosophy.com. I had no reactions at all on my sensitive combo skin. After applying it absorbs well and adds a gorgeous luminosity to my skin that I love. I do not breakout when I use this morning or night. I love the way it feels and the way it makes my skin look and there is no offensive odor what so ever. I have purchased at least 6 jars in the past, two more larger ones just now, and will continue to purchase as needed. I like to use this in combination with Turbo C & When Hope Is Not Enough.

I recvd a sample of this and used it on my face and had to wash it off right away. The smell is so offensive I threw the packet away. I prefer lotions with no or little scent. This was overwhelming!

Hopelessly
Spoiled smell

This may be the miracle lotion of the century, but I could not keep it on because the smell is horrendous! I literally could not keep it on for 30 minutes before I had to wash my face again. I kept hoping it would go away but no luck. I tried several nights and several different tricks to tolerate the smell but just could not do it. I'll still with the Renewed Hope in a Jar. Just hate that I wasted my money on this one.
