I am new to philosophy, so I can't compare the old formula to the new as other reviewers have done. But for my part, I think this cream is fantastic. The smell is pleasing, the texture is nice and a little goes a long way. I have dry skin and this formula absorbed nicely. My face felt soft and moisturized with out being greasy. I'll be back for more. Thanks.

I received a free sample of this in the mail, so I'm not sure about long-term use. The smell was really unpleasing to me. I don't like strong smells, and this one was terrible. It reminded me of very strong lavender with a hint of pine. It wore off shortly, so at least that. The consistency was excellent, and it didn't leave a greasy feeling at all. I think it would be great to put on before foundation. It definitely smoothed out some blemish scabs, and my skin feels very smooth. Overall I gave it a 4 because I thought it did an excellent job of moisturizing my skin. I think it would be perfection if it was fragrance free/unscented.

After one use, my skin felt so nice. My usual moisturizer is Hope in a Jar (which I also LOVE), but I think I may have to switch... I can't wait to try the eye treatment!

This is my first experience with Philosophy. I really like the Renewe Hope In A Jar. It makes my skin look and feel so much better. I will be trying other Philosophy products now.
