Light moisturizer

HIAJ is light and whippy. I like that it does help to retexturize skin, but it's not as moisturizing as I need it to be. I love it during summer and use it every night in the warmer months. The rest of the year I find it's just not enough for my dry skin.

I've been watching QVC for years and always watched all of the philosophy products. On Black Friday, I purchased a set of four different philosophy products and I was eager to try them. The cleansers and hand creams were pretty good but I cannot get past the disgusting smell that comes in this jar. It literally smells like wet dog to me. I put some on and immediately had to mask it with a perfume because I couldn't stand it for another second. I bet I would love everything else from philosophy , but this one product is so smelly. I love the texture and the way it glides on my face but like I said, the smell is pure wet dog. I will not be repurchasing this product!

I tried this for the first time last month and fell in love at first try. After using Purity I dab this on my face and neck before bedtime and I wake up with a rosy, fresh faced glow, even after first use! It has a very slight scent which I can't quite pinpoint however, the smell is more medicinal or generic. It is NOT a bad smell, as I have read others complain about. Scent goes away after a few minutes. I have noticed a change in skin texture and brightness, as well as firmness. My skin looks/feels 5 years younger since I started using Philosophy products, that all of my family and friends have asked me " what are you doing different, your skin looks so radiant"? Now they all use HIAJ.

I found this product about 6 years ago and it will NOT be without this moisturizer....it is like giving your skin a good 'drink'. Not greasy at all...just very hydrating. I works well for me.
