great moisturizer for all skin types

this is a wonderful moisturizer. it absorbs into your skin seamlessly and keeps it really healthy. i have combination skin and it works beautifully with my skin. the consistency is perfect, not heavy. the only con to this product is the smell. i know there are varying reviews of the smell of this product, and i feel sure that is because everyone's body chemistry reacts differently to different scents on their body. the scent is not terrible, i just simply don't care for it. but, this is still a great moisturizer, the best i've found.

I love this moisturizer, it is very lightweight and soaks right into my skin. i like that it doesn't make my skin greasy, it just leaves it feeling hydrated and soft.

i have used hope in a jar for years along with hope in a bottle (i alternate depending on what my skin needs are). my skin is combination with occasional breakouts and hope in a jar is a great light whipped moisturizer for my combo skin. i love the way this moisturizer has a souffle like texture that my skin just drinks in & doesn't just sit on top of my skin. the smell did used to bother me, but i'm used to it now & it does disappear. i think what people are smelling is the lavender in the product, but if you can get past that, this is really a nice moisturizer & different.

i have used all types of moisturizers and this one i just can't use. it clogged my pores and caused me to get blackheads which in my 51 years of life never had. i also didn't like how it felt more sticky on my skin, like it never soaked in. i'm sure its a good product for those who need heavy moisturizing but for me i can't use
