Very nourishing and hydrating

i love how my skin feels after using this moisturizer!! I have never used anything on my skin except baby wash..i always thought the whole "skin care" thing was overrated.. i am only 21 and a few months ago i started noticing frown lines on my forehead and completely freaked. i asked all my close friends and family what they would recommend and a handful of them mentioned philosophy among other products. i did my researched and decided to go with philosophy.. i purchased purity, when hope is no enough serum, hope in a jar for night time, hope in a jar oil free with SPF for day, and hope in a tube.. i have been using them for about 3 MONTHS AND I HAVE NOTICED A dramatic difference!! MY FROWN LINES ARE GONE AND MY SKIN IS RADIANT!! mY SKIN IS SO SOFT, FIRM AND HYDRATED.. I'VE ALWAYS HAD GOOD CLEAR SKIN EXCEPT FOR THE OCCASIONAL PIMPLE HERE AND THERE, BUT NOW ITS SO RADIANT AND HEALTHY LOOKING. THESE PRODUCTS ARE NOT GREASY WHAT SO EVER AND DO NOT FEEL HEAVY LIKE A MASK.. YOUR SKIN JUST SOAKS IT ALL UP.. i'M NOT SURE IF IT IS THE SERUM OR HOPE IN A JAR, BUT A FEW HOURS AFTER MY REGIME MY SKIN FEELS SOOOOOOOOOO wonderful.. THE ONLY THING I CAN COMPARE IT TO IS WHEN YOU APPLY LIP BALM AT NIGHT AND THE NEXT MORNING YOU LIPS FEEL PLUMP WITH HYDRATION. I'm HOoKED FOR LIFE!!!! <3 philosophy <3

I love the lavender oil scent of this moisturizer. it feels amazing!!!!!!!! and it absorbs so nicely!! but....and it's a big but....for some reason, my skin breaks out like crazy any time i use it! I think i need to try the oil free version of this moisturizer. i'd definitely recommend it to somebody that doesn't have acne prone skin.

I absolutely love to use this after i do my vitamin c peptide peel each week. it melts on your face and does an extraordinary job at moisturizing your face perfectly.
after i apply it, my skin is super soft, not at all greasy, (my skin is super sensitive with an oily t-zone and dryness), and absolutely impeccable. it melts right onto your face, and you do not need to use very much for it to do its job.
my only complaint about it is the smell. it works marvelously though, so i feel compelled to use it at least once a week (which is why i use it after my vitamin c peel)! if you don't mind the scent of it, i strongly recommend this product for you!
i did give it 5 stars because it truly is a great moisturizer. if you do not like the scent of hope in a jar, try the keep the peace super soothing moisturizer for redness and sensitivity. both are exemplary, however i prefer keep the peace as my daily moisturizer, and hope in a jar for when my skin needs a little more "love".

OK, so i've been thru 2 full sized jars of hope in a jar. loved the way it moisturized my skin but i think it may be a little too oily for me. just received the oil free version in the mail today, hopefully it's a better choice for my skin.
