I was really excited to try this. It is light, and a good "drink of water" for your face...but unfortunately it made me break out a bit on my chin. I use it only on my forehead now. It also smells horrible!! I see practically everyone else loves it, though.

When visiting a very dear and old friend who just passed away at 94 years old in april, why her skin was so beautiful and not a wrinkle in sight, she explained to me that she has a secret. That secret was "Hope in a Jar" and she had been using it for many years and wouldn't go a day without it. You may not believe this story but it is 100% true and the next day I went out and purchased my first jar and have been seeing wonderful differences in my 50 year old face. I just love this product and my dear friend Amelia who told me about her secret.

as a new philosophy customer, i decided to include a sample of hope in a jar with my very first order. from most of the rave reviews, i expected it to work wonders. unfortunately, i was disappointed. the smell threw me off a little (though it doesn't last long, there is a somewhat of an unpleasant scent) and i didn't like how it felt heavy on my face. it didn't leave my skin dry, but it just didn't work the way i wanted.

i ran out of my hope in a jar and purchased another facial product. i was disappointed when it didn't provide the results i was used to from hope in a jar. I will never be without this product!
