Awful smell

i purchased this product just yesterday and used it before going to bed and I have to say that i was very disappointed with the smell. I did not expect it to be so bad once i applied it to my skin, i could not stand it! I liked how it felt on my skin but i ended up applying another moisturizer to see if it would mask the odor. I expected a cream like this to have a pleasant fragrance to it. please philosophy, you must do something about the smell!

I am new to philosophy and ordered the purtiy face wash. love the face wash. I also got a sample of hope in a jar. i don't know what in it causes the smell that it has, but its awful! it smells like mildew. can't tolerate the smell!!

I took 3 stars away because it smells bad, it makes my skin feel like it's still wet all day, there's bit of a build up on my skin from it, and it takes away from the glow that "purity made simple" gives me--it doesn't compliment it at all. i give it 2 stars for moisture and softness. i bought the 8oz. jar and i'm disappointed, i hope you make this formula better philosophy.

some ppl complained about the smell. but for me, it's the smell that i love the best. i also like the fact it's non-greasy. i use the spf20 type during the day n use the normal one for night.
