rash on face and neck

I researched this product and have had it about five days and liked it along with the tinted foundation. But I am into day two of a bumpy red mildly itchy rash on my cheeks, with swelling and bumps on my neck. Yes the smell is not pleasant like Clairens products are. The only ever mild redness only reaction I had was a year ago with clarens serum6. I was wondering if anyone is infomed to know what ingredients may have caused this and are they in other products here especially since I have other items on the way of Philosphy. I used the microderm wash two weeks ago and was fine with it. I think it is a very good product but was concerned when I saw it contains Diazolidinyl urea, But i wouldn't think a company would use it if it wasn't safe Many thanks

I have very crazy skin texture, oily then dry and flaky. I have tried so many moisturizers to balance my skin, none have worked till now. I got hope in a jar as a free sample and fell in love. My skin feels so soft and i can feel the moisture but it doesn't make my skin feel greasy or look oily like others do. it is absolutely amazing, i just purchased the full size and hope in a tube, i was so excited when it arrived today i ripped open the box and used it!! I absolutely recommend this!!! :)

This is an awesome product. I started using it probably close to a year ago. My face felt nice and moisturized, but I wasn't really aware of how well it worked until one day, I got a free mini facial with some other company's products. They moisturized me, but the whole rest of the day, my face felt dry and itchy. I couldn't wait to get home and put on some hope in a jar. My skin is never dry and flakey using this product, and a little goes a long way. I would not recommend getting the large jar, because near the end of my other jar, it started getting a worse consistency and not working as well. So I'd say get the smaller jars so that it's fresher.

I HAVE BEEN USING THIS PRODUCT FOR OVER A YEAR AND A HALF NOW...ALONG WITH A FEW OTHER OF PHILOSOPHY PRODUCTS AND THERE ALL GREAT!!! MY SKIN IS SO SOFT AND LOOKS YOUNGER...EVERYONE TOLD ME THAT MY SKIN LOOKS FRESH AND HAS A GLOW...WHEN I MOVED FROM CALIFORNIA TO OREGON MY SKIN GOT A LOT DRYER BECAUSE OF THE COLD WEATHER...BUT WITH THIS MOISTURIZER I DON'T HAVE THAT PROBLEM! IT'S THE BEST MOISTURIZER EVER...NOW I'LL ALWAYS BE A PHILOSOPHY GIRL.....PLEASE CONTINUE GIVING US THOSE GREAT PRODUCTS!!!! THANKS
