I bought this product at nordstrom. my 22 year old daughter loves this product but i have a few problems with it: 1. the smell is very strong, chemical-like. my eyes hurt and tear so i can use it only at night 2. it leaves my skin too dry. it sinks into the skin, it is true, but it feels like my skin is thirsty after i apply the product. only because my daughter loves it i feel i may recommend this product.

I was very surprised by this product - not the quality it is great like all the other philosophy products I have used. The smell to this product is very unpleasant, so much so that I cannot use this product in the mornings. I was really surprised that none of the other reviews mentioned it. It is a fantastic moisturizer so I will continue to use it at night.

geeze! i only wish i had been introduced to hiaj years ago. this is my dream moisturizer. i really didn't believe that it would 'fall into my face' - a claim I had heard made on-air at Qvc by philosophy reps. i couldn't wait for it to arrive so that i could prove them wrong. whoa! was i ever mistaken. seriously - when i apply hiaj to my face, neck, hands, etc. - it really does seem to fall into the skin. unbelievable! i used to have wait for my skin to absorb whatever moisturizer i applied. not anymore. this is awesome and i am sooooo hooked!

although this moisturizer ultimately didn't work for me i would still recommend it to a friend. i have combination skin...oily in the t-zone and dry on the cheeks...and this made my oily areas too oily but did work well on the dry parts. the feel of this moisturizer is great. I love the texture and the unscented "scent".
